When taking reservations by phone, we charge customer’s credit card 50% of the nightly rate.
Full refunds of deposit are available if cancellation is made with over 72 hours notice.
50% refunds of deposit are available if cancellation is made between 24 hrs and 72 hrs notice.
No refund of deposits are available if cancellation is made with less than 24 hrs notice.
